Industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience. Managed over 70 properties nationwide. Brokerage and consulting solutions for RV parks, glamping resorts, marinas and hotel/motel properties in the USA and abroad. Over $500M in transactions, active investor. 17 years of volunteer industry and board service.
As President of EVOLVE Design Center, Michelle brings 34 years personal development training and coaching within the small business sector. Founded and grew a variety of businesses, from franchises to a marketing agency, entertainment venues, restaurants, charter schools and outdoor hospitality venues.
Over 20 years of industry experience, with significant expertise in RV Park site design. RV Park operational and marketing ability, extensive feasibility, market analysis and financial modeling work. Designed and constructed numerous RV Resorts nationwide, and repositioned / expanded dozens more.
Certified Licensed General Contractor in multiple states, with a 30-year record of success overseeing all phases of vertical construction, infrastructure, land development and environmental projects 5,000+ lot expansions for RV & MHP communities, and over 3,650 homes constructed.
